Don't waste more time doing everything except living the life you really want
The world taught you that if you just work hard enough, you can achieve anything.
But when you’ve been working - hard - and your life still doesn't feel as fulfilling or engaging as you hoped, it's easy to doubt yourself.
Am I good enough?
Is it possible to create the life I'm seeking?
Or am I destined to remain stuck forever?

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Santa Monica, California. I use modern, evidence-based treatments to help adults (18+) move toward the lives they really want to be living.
I work with high achievers who don't feel fulfilled despite all of their accomplishments.
Why? Because I know what it's like to realize that you want your life to be about more than your achievements - without losing your ambition.
My approach is warm and collaborative while focusing on helping you make concrete changes to improve your well-being.

Treatments I Offer

1
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
An active, evidence-based treatment to help you pinpoint what you want your life to be about and begin taking steps toward it. We'll focus on fostering new ways of relating to painful emotions and unhelpful mental 'rules' in order to pursue the life that feels most meaningful to you.
2
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A research-backed treatment to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, manage difficult emotions, and develop new, more effective behaviors. CBT often involves learning and practicing new skills in order to make concrete behavioral changes in your life.
3
Evidence-Based Treatments for Trauma
Targeted interventions to address symptoms of PTSD and the ongoing impact of traumatic experiences. We'll discuss the pros and cons of selecting either Cognitive Processing Therapy or Prolonged Exposure for your specific situation and make a collaborative choice around which feels best for you.
